Responsibilities: 1. Know government related C&B policies and social economic development in time, participate in C&B researching, collect related market information, give suggestions to C&B system. Assist HR supervisor to design and improve C&B frame. 及时了解政府相关政策及社会经济发展,参与薪酬福利的调研,收集有关的市场行情信息状况,对薪酬福利系统做出相应建议。协助人力资源主管设计并不断完善薪酬福利架构; 2. Be responsible for all kinds of compensation and benefit statistic, making forms, pay related fees, social insurance and housing funds base annual audit. 负责员工各项福利保险统计、制表、缴费、基数核定及劳动年检等工作; 3. Solve daily C&B problems, provide reasonable suggestion to HR supervisor. 解决与薪酬福利相关的日常管理问题,向人力资源主管提供合理有效的建议; 4. Be responsible for regular and irregular company salary adjustment, include salary changes due to confirmation of probation, job transfer, promotion & demotion, retire and reward. 负责定期或不定期的全公司工资调整工作,包括因试用期转正、转岗、升降职、退休和奖励带来的个别员工工资变动; 5. Be responsible for manage and statistic attendance record, days off, ask for leave and OT of employee, audit all departments’ monthly salary, monthly bonus and yearly bonus and allowance. 负责员工考勤、调休、请假、加班管理与统计,按考核规定具体审定各部门员工月工资、月度、年度奖金和津贴的发放; 6. In charge of HR personal files management. 负责人事档案管理工作; 7. Implement and public C&B policies and provide consulting to employee, present constructive suggestions which accord with company reality. 负责员工薪酬福利相关制度的贯彻、宣传、咨询工作,提出符合公司实际情况的建设性意见; 8. Assist HR supervisor detail C&B rules and policies, strengthen audit and supervising. 协助人力资源主管细化薪酬福利管理规章,加强检查和监督; 9. Assist HR supervisor to estimate C&B general budget, to audit and declare, make labor cost reasonable. 协助人力资源主管进行公司薪酬福利总额预算、核定、申报工作,实现用工成本合理化; 10. According to the existing establishment and business development needs, assist HR supervisor to determine the recruitment goals, summarize position needs and personnel needs, and formulate and implement the recruitment plan. 根据现有编制及业务发展需求,协助上级确定招聘目标,汇总岗位需求数目和人员需求数目,制定并执行招聘计划; 11. Assist in the recruitment of relevant work, resume collection, screening, determine the interview list, notify candidates to take the interview, assess the candidates. Organize and assist the department to complete the second interview to ensure that interview work and assessment results meet requirements of the position. 协助完成招聘的相关工作,进行简历搜集、筛选、确定面试名单,通知应聘者前来面试,对应聘者进行初步面试考核。组织协助用人部门及相关人员完成复试工作,确保面试工作的开展及考核结果符合岗位要求; 12. Check background on the candidate, Communicate with the candidate about the salary. 对拟录用人员进行背景调查,与拟录用人员进行待遇等沟通,完成录用通知; 13. Summarize the problems in the recruitment work, put forward reasonable suggestions to optimize the recruitment system and process, and complete the recruitment analysis report. 总结招聘工作中存在的问题,提出优化招聘制度和流程的合理化建议,完成招聘分析报告等工作。 Requirements: 1. Bachelor degree, major in Human Resource Management. 本科及以上学历,人力资源管理专业 2. Have strong organization skills, be able to deal with all kinds of management issues. 有较强的组织能力,能处理各种管理问题; 3. Have strong interpersonal skills and deal with all kinds of interpersonal relationship. 有较强的人际交往能力和处理各种人际关系的能力; 4. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Applications. 熟练使用Microsoft Office办公软件; 5. Good English writing, reading and listening. 良好的英语听说读写能力。
