Main responsibilities主要职责: 1. Design and develop reasonable talents development programs and implement them according to the company's business requirements. 根据公司业务需求,设计和开发人才发展方案并实施。 2. Investigate training needs, prepare annual training plans based on laws and regulations system and company development needs. 调研培训需求,结合法律法规体系以及公司发展需要,编制年度培训计划。 3. Organize and coordinate the implementation of training plans, and manage relevant training materials to ensure completeness and traceability. 组织协调培训计划的实施,并管理相关培训资料,确保完整性和可追溯性。 4. Submit training progress reports regularly to evaluate and continuously improve the effectiveness of training. 定期提交培训进度报告,评估并持续改善培训有效性。 5 Work out recruitment plan and complete recruiting and on-boarding effectively and timely 制定招聘计划,通过各种招聘渠道,及时有效地完成各岗位招聘及新员工入职。 6. Assist in talent acquisition and development, and related employee relationship work. 协助完成人才吸引与发展,及员工关系相关工作 7. Other tasks assigned by superiors. 上级委派的其他任务。
Job Requirements任职要求 1.bachelor degree or above. Human resources major preferred. 本科及以上学历,人力资源专业优先 2.About 3 years’ relevant working experience 3年左右的相关工作经验 3.Familiar with the company's human resources work requirements, know the labor law and other relevant national personnel laws and regulations. 了解劳动法及国家其它相关人事法律法规,熟悉公司人力资源工作要求 4. Good organization, coordination and communication skills. 具备较好的组织、协调、沟通能力 5. Logical, and good language skills. 具有良好的逻辑思维及语言表达能力 6.Good command of English. be able to speak and write. 拥有英语书写和口语能力 7.
