Intel Dalian Memory Technology and Manufacturing (DMTM) is high-volume manufacturing memory fab in Intel China working on leading edge 3D NAND product. Intel and SK Hynix have an agreement for SK Hynix to acquire Intel's NAND memory and storage business. and Intel will continue to manufacture NAND wafers at the Dalian memory manufacturing until the final closing expected to occur in March 2025. Intel DMTM will continue to build on the success of our NAND technology at a greater scale, play a larger role in supporting our customers.
Responsibility: Assists senior personnel at the business level in the interpretation and management of HR data. Conducts internal and external research and benchmarking for organizational improvement. Develops, implements, and manages data gathering and analysis processes including indicators and reports. Synthesizes and interprets data through the recognition of trends and causal patterns using statistical analysis, draws conclusions, and makes preliminary recommendations. Builds statistical models to forecast trends. Develops and executes approaches to test organizational hypotheses. Participates in the establishment of standards, guidelines, procedures, and other infrastructure necessary to support the objective of analysis and use of data to solve business problems. Work as SOX HR reps to ensure the related compliance.
This position is associated with the sale of Intel's NAND memory and storage business to SK. This transaction will enhance the resources and potential of the business' storage, and you will be joining a world-class team that will transition to lead the SSD business at SK group. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or master's degree in human resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Communication Management or a related field.2 + years of HR related experienceFluent English speaking abilityProficient data processing and analytical abilityHave comfort with analyzing and processing data and drawing insights from the same.Ability to multi-task and work independently and/or collaborate with the global teamHR control related experience would be an advantage
