Job Duties 工作职责:

1.Identify potential new customers from your existing network, by using business directories, following leads from existing accounts, and attending trade shows and conferences. 通过利用商业目录、现有客户介绍潜在客户、参加展会等,在现有资源网络中开拓新客户。

2.Qualify new leads and maintain an active prospect list at all times used to organize your own sales initiatives as well as for reports to management. 分辨潜在客户,并维护一个有效且持续更新的潜在客户列表,用于组织自己的销售计划及向管理层提供相关报告。

3.Work internally to generate product costing and collaborate with sales team to prepare related pricing strategy and quotations. 与内部团队一起核算产品成本,并和销售团队协作,制定相关的定价策略和报价。

4.Negotiate pricing, payment terms and other key contract clauses with customers. 与客户协商价格、付款条件及其他关键合同条款。

5.Submit customer orders to factory finance and operations teams for processing. 提交客户订单给工厂财务和运营团队,以安排生产。

6.Periodically submit activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly actual vs. budget sales numbers. 定期提交活动和结果报告,例如每日通话报告、周工作计划和每月实际销售及预算对比。

7.Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc. 通过收集当前信息,了解定价、新产品、交货时间表、销售技术等,从而监控竞争。

8.Resolve customer issues & complaints (both product related and commercial in nature) by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management. 处理客户问题和投诉(产品相关和商业性质),调查问题、开发解决方案、总结报告、向管理层提出建议。


Professional Requirements专业要求:

1.Bachelor degree or equivalency required. 本科或同等学历。

2.7+ years of experience in fashion accessories sales or business development. Experience in both leather and rubber watch straps sales strongly preferred. 7年以上奢侈品配饰行业的销售或业务拓展经验。有皮革表带和橡胶表带的销售经验优先。 3.Proactive, disciplined focus on setting and meeting quantitative sales targets. 积极主动,有纪律地专注于设定并实现销售目标。

4.Ability to influence others through interpersonal interaction in order to achieve the desired outcome(s). Includes building rapport through a combination of demonstrated competence and a trustworthy business approach. 通过人际互动以带动他人达到预期工作目的的影响力,包括通过表现能力的结合来建立值得信赖的融洽商业关系。

5.Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Intermediate English ability is required. 优秀的书面和表达能力,英语可作为工作需要。
