- Conduct behavioral skills training for TMs as per TM / Department learning needs - Collaborate with Content Development team to develop curriculum and training contents - Deliver Induction Programs to Team Members according to IMPACTIVA inspection manuals - Must be capable of learning and delivering very rigorous Processes & Procedures - Responsible for collecting, analyzing, defining and implementing IMPACTIVA’s TM (Team Member) support functions’ training - Will be responsible for generating his/her own reports (seminar delivery, review of technical reports) using a laptop - Will be responsible for maintaining a good working relationship with all team members
Required Knowledge, Traits and Skills
Knowledge > - Minimum 3 years of working experience in delivering/facilitating learning sessions University Degree / Technical qualification preferable Basic knowledge on E-learning and LMS (Learning Management System)
