通过岗位需要分析识别岗位需求,对候选人员进行有效的评估与甄选,以提高招聘效果和质量。开发和管理招聘渠道。 Conduct recruiting activities and control recruitment quality to ensure right people are in the right place via various effective recruitment channel.
通过培训需要调查分析,制订年度的培训计划,并有效的落实年度培训计划与效果评估 Generate the annual training plan via the training requirement survey, and move forward the training process as the plan
推进人才发展管理体系和人才盘点工作,跟进人才发展计划的落实。负责内部任职资格的认定考核。 Implement the talent development program and talent review regularly to ensure the development plan in place, also implement the internal certification assetment .
负责员工沟通工作和员工离职沟通,对员工所反馈的问题和意见要深入研究分析,并以予改善措施。 Conduct the communication to listen from employees’ suggestions and complains, also include the exit interview process
员工团队建设活动策划与安排。 Organize company activities, i.e., outing, team building etc.
岗位要求/needs 1.本科或以上学历,人力资源管理,法律或行政管理等相关专业 Bachelor's degree or above, preferable major in Human Resource Management, Law or Administration. 2.三年以上人力资源管理工作相关工作经验, At least 3 years’ experience in n recruitment, training, and development of HR furcation. 3.良好的沟通,合作和人际关系能力 Excellent communication, cooperation and interpersonal skills. 4.能够独立处理冲突管理工作 Team player, could independently handle conflicts 5.良好的组织能力和逻辑思维能力, 能够根据轻重缓急独立解决问题。 Well organized, logical thinking, ability to prioritize & solve problems independently. 6.熟悉运用办公软件 Familiar with MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); 7.英文读写能力 Good Command of writing and reading English.
