职责Duties & Responsibilities: 1. Labor contract, probation management and employee personnel information. 2. Assist to handle the housing fund and social insurance timely. 3. Be familiar with the company’s culture and assist HR Director on devising different employee activities relating to team building, promotion of interdepartmental collaboration, team spirit etc. 4. Temporary resident permit & visa processing etc. 5. Keep up-to-date with the relevant labor laws, policies, rules and regulations related to social Insurance/individual income tax etc. 6. Support training related matters when necessary. 7. Conduct job/workload analysis when necessary. 8. Keep record and updating data/info related to safety/occupational health etc. 9. Support on handling of employee relations and legal cases when necessary. 10. Handle ad-hoc issues/projects. 11. Other duties assigned by supervisor.
职位要求Job Requirements 1. College diploma or above. 2. At least 1 year working experience. 3. Good English, preferably with CET 4 or above. 4. Good communication skills and interpersonal skills. 5. Analytical, logical thinking and think-out-of-the-box mindset. 6. Familiar with Microsoft Office and other software. 7. Proactive, multitasking and ability to organize and prioritize tasks assigned by supervisor.
