岗位职责: 1. Responsible for managing and maintaining the HR system to guarantee that all data is updated promptly. 2. Responsible for handling system procedures related to employee onboarding, transfers, promotions, and resignation. 3. In accordance with the standardized HR processes and operational guidelines, monitor the execution and effectiveness of various procedures, offer suggestions for optimization, and ensure that the processes remain efficient and compliant. 4. Responsible for generating various HR report. 5. Complete other tasks assigned by manager. 1. HR系统管理和维护,确保系统数据实时更新; 2. 负责员工入、转、调、离等手续的系统办理; 3. 根据学校统一的HR工作流程与操作规范,跟踪各项流程执行效果,提出优化建议,确保流程高效、合规; 4. 负责各项人力报表数据输出; 5. 完成上级领导交办的其他事宜。
任职要求: Educational background: Bachelor's degree or above Language preference: Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English. Others: 1. 1-3 years of relevant work experience, with a preference for those familiar with the human resources management within universities. 2. Proficient in using Excel and other data processing tools. 3. Be familiar with human resources policies, procedures and processes, as well as local labor laws and regulations. 4. Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork, with attention to detail.
