Key Responsibilities: 1. Responsible to oversee end to end payroll services for a portfolio of clients 为我们的香港公司客户提供全流程的薪酬核算计发服务。 2. Provide hands on payroll calculations, payroll reporting, employer’s return and MPF filing in timely manner 为香港企业客户提供及时的工资单计算、工资单填报、雇主报税表及强积金申请。 3. Act as a trusted advisor for our clients 为客户提供值得信赖的咨询服务。 4.Update clients’ information and other relevant data in our system 在系统中及时更新客户信息及其它相关资料。 5. Any other ad-hoc tasks/projects as assigned by immediate supervisor 主管指派的其他特别任务或项目。 Key requirements: 1.Colleague or above academic qualifications with accounting or legal profession. 会计或工商管理专业大专以上学历。 2. Microsoft Office applications, especially with Word, Excel, Internet applications e.g. Internet Explorer, Microsoft Outlook and Outlook Express, etc. 熟练使用Ms Office各类办公软件。 3. Written English and simple oral English;Qualified member of international recognizable accounting association(s) is an added advantage 可以使用英语进行基本书写及简单对话,具有国际公认会计协会会员资格者优先 4. 3-5 years of relevant experience gained from professional services firm is preferred 3-5年香港公司薪酬计算工作经验优先。 Client service centric mind-set 具备以客户服务为中心的意识。 5. Ability to work under pressure 能够在压力下开展工作。 6. Ability to deal with ambiguities and challenge status quo 能够应对含糊不清的问题及勇于挑战现状。
