Scope：support office&supply chain&retail recruitment

Job Description:
1. Use recruitment channel/platform to attract talents effectively. Dig the motivation and personalities of the candidate through phone interview, face to face interview, group interview and other tools
2. Optimize the recruitment channel and do talents mapping based on data analysis and deliver market report to hiring leader to help them to plan for future
3. Follow-up and optimize new comer integration process and guarantee recruitment quality
4. Support HRBP team to partner with corporate functions on organizational design, workforce planning, talent management and capability development

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above is a must, with good English ability
2. Good ability of logic and data analysis
3. Good team spirit, willing to collaborate and sharing
4. Active Communicator with good communication skills
