基本职责
Administration:
行政管理
Ensure that the Food and Beverage activities comply with the respective company strategy and Rules;
确保食物和酒水分别符合公司战略和规则;
Oversee the preparation and update of individual Departmental Operations Manuals;
监督各部门运营手册的编制及更新;
Conduct divisional communication meetings regularly, ensure that departmental meetings are effective and conduct as necessary;
定期召开部门沟通会议,确保部门会议的有效性,并在必要时召开;
Ensure the smooth operation with presence on the floor on daily basis;
确保每日餐厅巡视并平稳运行;
Be the main contact for liaison authority (building management, licencing office, FDA, fire safety, police);
作为相关机构的主要联系人,包括物业管理、工商、食药监、消防、警察。
Customer Service:

Ensure that all employees deliver the brand promise and always provide exceptional guest service;

Observe the communication between employees and guests in public area, guide employees on guest service skills as necessary;

Maximize employee productivity through multi-skilling, multi-tasking and flexible scheduling to meet the financial goals of the business as well as the expectations of the guests;

Ensure that each profit center (Beverage, Food, Games) operates in line with maximizing profit while delivering on the brand promise;

Assist in the preparation of the Annual Business Plan for the outlet;

Manage costs proactively based on key performance indicators (KPI)

Assist in the inventory management and ongoing maintenance of the outlet operating equipment and other assets;

Assist in preparation, utilization, and update of the Annual Marketing Plan, follow up with each department as required;

Evaluate local and national market trends, vendors, and other restaurant operations constantly to make sure that the outlet’s operations remain competitive and cutting-edge;

Encourage on site management to look for marketing and opportunities of public relations to increase awareness and ultimately business;

Ensure that all company brand standards implement where appropriate;

Monitor all operations, especially during peak business periods; presence is a key factor for success and overall operations control;

Inspect and supervise products during operation throughout, provides feedback where appropriate;

Assist in the recruitment and selection of employees. Ensure that managers follow the company guidelines when recruiting, select on a competency basis;

Oversee the punctuality and appearance of all outlet’s employees, ensure that they wear the correct uniform and maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene, according to the company grooming standards;

Develop managers skills and abilities through the appropriate training, coaching;

Conduct Annual Performance Development Discussions with managers to support their development goals. Ensures that they can conduct Annual Performance Development Discussions with their employees;

Assist Departmental Trainers through ongoing feedback and monthly meetings;

Is knowledgeable in statutory legislation in employee and industrial relations;

Respond to changes of Food and Beverage function according to requirements of industry;

Attend training sessions and meetings when required;
