Ensure that the Food and Beverage activities comply with the respective company strategy and Rules;

Conduct divisional communication meetings regularly, ensure that departmental meetings are effective and conduct as necessary;

Ensure the smooth operation with presence on the floor on daily basis;

Be the main contact for liaison authority (building management, licencing office, FDA, fire safety, police);

Customer Service:

Ensure that all employees deliver the brand promise and always provide exceptional guest service;
确保所有员工遵循公司品牌承诺，并始终提供优质的客人服务；
Observe the communication between employees and guests in public area, guide employees on guest service skills as necessary;
在公共区域观察员工与客人的沟通，必要时指导员工改善提高客人服务技巧；
Handle all guest complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily;

Financial:

Maximize employee productivity through multi-skilling, multi-tasking and flexible scheduling to meet the financial goals of the business as well as the expectations of the guests;

Ensure that each profit center (Beverage, Food, Games) operates in line with maximizing profit while delivering on the brand promise;

Ensure that each cost centre (FOH, BOH, Stewarding, Admin, Dormitory) operate with the lowest possible cost structure while also delivering on the brand promise to the guest when applicable;

Assist in the preparation of the Annual Business Plan for the outlet;

Assist senior management from the corporate office in the monthly forecasting, budgeting, and P&L review analysis;

Manage costs proactively based on key performance indicators (KPI)

Ensure that financial records, money handling, and permission comply with company and local rules, policies, and regulations;

Assist in the inventory management and ongoing maintenance of the outlet operating equipment and other assets;

Participate in monthly revenue meetings actively, and oversee the appropriate pricing structures to maximize yield and overall profits;

Marketing:

Assist in preparation, utilization, and update of the Annual Marketing Plan, follow up with each department as required;

Evaluate local and national market trends, vendors, and other restaurant operations constantly to make sure that the outlet’s operations remain competitive and cutting-edge;

Encourage on site management to look for marketing and opportunities of public relations to increase awareness and ultimately business;

Ensure that all company brand standards implement where appropriate;

Monitor all operations, especially during peak business periods; presence is a key factor for success and overall operations control;

Work closely with senior management team members in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the outlet and the satisfaction of all guests;

Inspect and supervise products during operation throughout, provides feedback where appropriate;

Assist in the recruitment and selection of employees. Ensure that managers follow the company guidelines when recruiting, select on a competency basis;

Oversee the punctuality and appearance of all outlet’s employees, ensure that they wear the correct uniform and maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene, according to the company grooming standards;

Develop managers skills and abilities through the appropriate training, coaching;

Conduct Annual Performance Development Discussions with managers to support their development goals. Ensures that they can conduct Annual Performance Development Discussions with their employees;

Assist Departmental Trainers through ongoing feedback and monthly meetings;

Ensure that each manager coordinates with departmental trainers, helps staff to make a training plan, and implements training programs effectively;

Feedback the results of the Employee Opinion Survey to be collected by HR department and ensure that relevant changes implement;

Is knowledgeable in statutory legislation in employee and industrial relations;

Respond to changes of Food and Beverage function according to requirements of industry;

Attend training sessions and meetings when required;

Carrie out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned;
