职责：
1.Incoming & outgoing calls, emails, mail.
2.Elementary school student withdrawals, Student schedules, student records & files, report card filing, attendance & ID card.
3.Work with the assistant principal to oversee the teacher and teaching assistant substitute lists and arrange substitute coverage as needed throughout the Elementary School.
4.Work with the Elementary School Assistant Principal to create and maintain schedules, including duty & supervision schedules and support materials.
5.Secretarial support to Lower Elementary School Principals and counselor when necessary.
6.Book Lower Elementary School campus facilities when required.
7.Admission Tours when Admissions team is unable to attend.
8.Attend to all enquiries and requests and provide information about the Lower Elementary School.
9.Be proactive in creating solutions and providing assistance to faculty and staff throughout the school, as needed.
10.Lower Elementary School office communication.
11.Provide document translation from Chinese to English and English to Chinese for the Lower Elementary School Assistant Principal and Lower Elementary School office as requested.
12.Act as an interpreter for caregiver visits and selected events
13.To support the After School Activities Program Assistant as needed.
14.Other tasks and duties as assigned by the Lower Elementary School Principals.
要求：
1.Detail minded, well organized, and excellent in following up.
2.English fluent (TEM 8)
3.Has at least 2 years of experience as an English secretary
4.Excellent computer skills (MS Word, Excel and Power point, Adobe InDesign, and Mac).
