We work closely with audit teams to develop customized approaches to address accounting and audit issues, perform internal quality reviews. We strive also to remain at the forefront of technical developments by monitor changes, developments and interpretations in accounting and auditing standards. Responsibilities: 1. Work with client service teams to address accounting and auditing issues and to develop customized approaches to these issues; work closely with clients, audit teams and their professional advisors in executing capital markets transactions 2. Lead training sessions and client presentations and to discuss emerging regulatory and professional requirements and share best practice insights, information and experiences 3. Represent EY to interact with regulatory and external professional bodies 4. Leverage a deep understanding of audit and risk advisory services and stakeholder needs to provide high quality engagements 5. Compliance with auditing and accounting standards, relevant laws and regulations, ethical standards, independence requirements and the EY audit quality control procedures Requirements: 1. University graduates with a minimum of 6 years of audit or technical support experience in international audit firms 2. Qualified CPAs with demonstrated success in resolving complex accounting and auditing issues 3. Experience in liaising with regulators and other professional bodies will be a bonus 4. In-depth understanding of US GAAP, IFRS and/or HK GAAP and strong IPO related knowledge 5. Aptitude for developing solutions for complex situations 6. Excellent client service and interpersonal skills 7. Ability to work independently on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment 8. Proficiency in English and in Mandarin are pre-requisites 9. Has no record of administrative penalties from regulators.
