Position Summary Work under general of the Application Manager. Responsible for the training of microscopy applications to all customers, sales promotion for LSM projects, training program planning. Operation, evaluation, quality and appropriateness of program services in the respected regions.
Requirements Education: Master’s degree or higher, in Life Science or relevant field of studies Experience: - Minimal 2 years of academic research experiences in Life Science or relevant field of studies using high-end LM/EM microscopes. - Lived and worked in the respected field - Extensive LM/EM experiences in life science, including Bio sample preparation, operation and use of LM/EM and post-image processing - Excellent technical service ideally in Academic Life Science, Industrial and Clinical - Extensive customer training experience in instruments and technical sensitivity preferred Other skills: - Superior presentation skills, comfortable in addressing senior / very influential scientific audience - Strong Interpersonal, oral and written communication skills - Customer-oriented - Assessing situation/problem and logically and creatively working out solutions - Develop and maintain sales tool kit (STK) facing to sales of Academic life science - Ability to work with internal and cross functional teams within a matrix organization - Willing to travel - Excellent spoken and written English
Main tasks - Develop sales tactic plan to support regional sales team to Increase WIN probability of active opportunities and develop potential customer. - Effective and excellent product introduction and demonstration to customers. - Supporting marketing activities for ZEISS product and solution introductions. - Providing necessary technical documentation for business promotion, sales tools and competitive marketing intelligence. - Stay ‘up-to-date’ on the latest technological & market / research trends, understand customers needs and regularly reporting to line manager. - Delivery the high quality application training to all customers after installation. - Ensures the development and growth of potential customer by maintaining stable and good customer relationship in China by effective approach. - Go to digital: Utilize the digital approach to support pre-sales and after-sales activities(including presentation, workshop,training and other technique support) .
