Ensure talent learning and development programs reflect and drive Company strategic priorities and DEI (diversity, equity, inclusion) objectives. 20% Talent and Leadership Development 61 Provides necessary support in execution of global talent review and development programs for Directors and above level in region by working with Global Talent Management team and local business leadership team. 61 Drives local talent review and development programs to build talent pipeline for managerial level within Asia Enterprise organization. 61 Initiates and facilitates leadership develop programs to increase leadership skills in Asia Enterprise organization. 40% Learning and Experiences 61 Partners with local PXBP and business leadership team to assess and identify organizational capability gaps base on business strategies and to build learning strategies and plans to meet current and future business needs. 61 Implements and facilitates learning programs by utilizing both internal and external learning resources and ensuring high quality is delivered. 61 Reviews and enhances new hire orientation programs continuously to support new people to get familiar with and adapt to the new environment quickly and to ensure people experiences excellence. 61 Designs and facilitates trainee programs to develop and export young talents to fulfil future business needs in region. 30% Organization and Culture Development 61 Coordinates Company bi-annual pulse survey in Asia Enterprise organization, reviews and analyzes survey reports, and drives actions to address issues and improvement opportunities based on the findings from the survey by working with local Leadership & PXBP team. 61 Supports and coordinates corporate DEI programs and initiatives to ensure effective promotion and implementation in local. Initiates and drives additional programs to promote the DEI culture where appropriate. 61 Partners with Sourcing Digitalization project team to identify needs, source resources, design and delivery programs and initiatives to promote digitalization awareness, knowledges and skills within Asia Enterprise organization. 10% Others 61 Makes and manages annual learning and development budgets according to the plans. 61 Continuously sources and regularly evaluates the services of external training and consultant vendors to ensure quality of partnership and availability of resources. 61 Provides other supports per manager’s request when needed.
