Aptar Closures China is looking for a specialized or technical proficiency in Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS), combining a broad understanding of involved practices or principles. This role will lead the development and implementation of EHS management systems and day-to-day EHS activities, establish cross-functional partnerships with department heads and leadership team to ensure effective communication, implementation, and sustainability of EHS requirements and initiatives. Main Responsibilities 61 Ensure compliance of site operations with local regulations, laws and global standards and policies. 61 Implement and supervise the successful running of health & safety, environment management system, and contribute to the development of EHS Policy and achievement of the company's objective. 61 Work with leadership team to establish a safety culture that reinforces the need for individual accountability and top-down EHS engagement. 61 Responsible for EHS incident investigation and reporting, track related corrective actions. 61 Develop and execute plans for continuous and sustainable improvement in EHS performance focusing on best practices, corporate policies, and the business performance. 61 Act as Sustainability Leader to work with corporation sustainability team. 61 Responsible for EHS Inspections and Audits, check and evaluate the implement status of every EHS actions by every segment, make improvement plan for the findings and supervise the implementation. 61 Safety health and environment protection training to all employees. 61 EHS-related projects and tasks. 61 Provide EHS technical support and coordination to daily operations, and work closely with employees to ensure operation process complies with company EHS policy and regulations. 61 Help provide safe work environments and practices for all personnel. 61 Support on writing SOPs regarding to EHS contents. Organize Hazard analysis including MOC for introducing new processes and change. 61 A main contact window with government bureaus. 61 Other works arranged by line managers. Requirements 61 Bachelor’s degree as minimum, major in safety management/environment management/mechanical engineering, etc. 61 Minimum of five years EHS work experience in manufacturing industry. 61 Proven track record as an EHS professional, solid knowledge about safety law/regulations. 61 Good teamwork and communication skills. 61 Good command of English.
