Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our dynamic HR team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in fostering corporate culture and managing employee relations. The ideal candidate will be a people person, showcasing high intellect, proactive approach, and the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities: Business & People-Centric HR Solutions: Collaborate closely with HRBP roles to gain deep understanding of business needs. Develop and implement HR solutions that are both business-oriented and people-centric, providing comprehensive support for business growth and employee development. Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance and support on a range of HR issues. Foster positive relationships and promote employee well-being. Corporate Culture: Play a key role in shaping and promoting the company's culture. Implement initiatives that reinforce the company's values and contribute to a positive work environment. HR Policies & Procedures: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with laws and regulations and align with the company's culture and goals. Talent Management: Assist in the development and implementation of talent management initiatives, including performance management, succession planning, and employee development. HR Projects: Participate in and lead HR projects as needed, such as employee engagement surveys, training programs, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Qualifications: Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HRBP role or similar, with a strong focus on corporate culture and employee relations. Proven ability to build strong relationships and work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound decisions based on data. Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects. Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal. High level of discretion and confidentiality.
