ABOUT YOUR ROLE 职位描述 Ensuring the proper and accurate payroll transaction and maintenance, make sure the compensation and benefits policy is properly executed as per business need;
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE 工作职责: 1. Process weekly final payment & monthly payroll transaction and distribution and drive 100% accuracy; 2. Social insurance, Housing fund, Entity annuity monthly enrollment 3. Tax monthly enrollment and tax related project assigned 4. Monthly incentive plan OIP calculation/SIP calculation/ CSIP calculation and enhancement; 5. Annual payroll project support, e.g. AOP, Merit Increase 6. Labor cost analysis, Full loaded cost estimation, etc 7. Well support HRBP and related stakeholder to accomplish business need; 8. Participate in payroll process optimization and digitalization, payroll handbook, and HR related project,; 9. Others task assigned by managers
WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU 职位要求: -College and above -Good knowledge on China payroll (especially different locations in China) laws and regulations and Shared service center operations will be preferred. -Payroll experiences, responsible for over 3000+ employees payroll calculation experiences will be preferred; -Familiar with Excel, Python or Power BI skill be advantage; -Good problem solving skills and communication skills; -Details oriented and sensitive to data; -Strong sense of responsibilities and fast learner; -Fluent English speaking will be preferred; -Multi task and projects handler, skilled in managing priorities; -Work under pressure;
