Job Purpose: The HR Manager will be responsible for overall HR & Adm management, with focus on talent acquisition, development and retention, as well as implementing and overseeing organizational development initiatives. Key Responsibilities: 1. Be responsible for daily HR & administrative management to ensure a good working environment; Improve employee engagement through employee NPS improvement, HR policies and procedures, diversity and inclusion culture, team building, etc.; 2. Manage employee productivity through workforce planning, performance management, job evaluation, hiring high potential talents, talent development. 3. Develop and implement succession planning and talent management strategies to support business strategies and ensure talent pipeline building. 4. Manage technical academy to ensure that employee capability meet the needs of the organization. 5. Identify and address talent and organizational needs. Lead organizational structures/changes to maximize business performance. 6. Support plant leaders by providing timely feedback/motivation tools, HR procedures, employee/labor relations and provide effective solutions to ensure compliance with labor law and maintain morale. 7. Stay current on industry trends and best practices (digital, AI, etc.) of HR management. EHS related responsibility: Follow company and legal regulation and requirements (e.g. EHS, 5S, Quality). Fully comply with local regulations & laws and follow site EHS procedures /rules. SG 5 Attitudes: 1. Qualification Requirements: * Typical Education Level: Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field. * Relevant experience, knowledge and skills: 1. 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, organizational development, or related HR roles. 2. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful talent and organizational development programs. 3. Strong understanding of talent management principles and best practices. 4. Ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. 5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Preferred personal characteristics: 1.
