HR: 1. Provides advice and counsel to managers regarding HR policy and projects to ensure smooth implementation. 2. HR policy Responsible for activities: on boarding management, new employee orientation; employee exit, employee contract renewal and probation management. 3. Responsible for full cycle of hiring process. 4. Responsible for employee benefits including employee activities, annual dinner, employee birthday, team building and various engagement activities. 5. Collect annual training needs , develop training plan and implement the training projects. 6. HR system and employee information maintenance and monthly reports update. HR budget management. 7. Payroll calculation and monthly salarymass update. Admin: 1. Daily admin support: 2. Office stationery ordering, maintain and ensure the safety and cleanliness of 3. the office environment, Visitor receptions & conference arrangement, monthly admin related expenses settlement.
