1.办理公司员工的入职、离职手续; Handle employee on-board and exit process; 2.员工劳动合同管理,负责劳动合同签订的各种相关工作; Responsible for preparing, signing and renewing employee contract and process; 3.协助公司人员招聘; Assist employee recruiting and talent searching; 4.建立健全员工人事档案,及时更新员工个人信息; Maintain employee personal file, and update employee information timely in HR database; 5.负责与人力资源服务供应商沟通和联络,及时处理各项相关工作; Work closely and keep active communication with HR outsourcing vendor; 6.参与HR项目的落地实施 participate in the HR projects execution in the 7.完成人力资经理交办的其他工作。 Other tasks assigned by HR manager.
Requirements: 1.大专以上学历; College degree or above; 2.3年左右工厂人事行政工作经验,有外企工作经验者优先; 3 years of plant HR & Admin experience, work experience in foreign company preferred; 3.基本的英文听、说、读、写能力; Basic written and oral English; 4.能熟练操作电脑办公软件,如Word,Excel,PPT等; Strong computer skills like Word, Excel, PPT, etc; 5.能在压力下工作,并能适应快节奏的工作环境; Ability to work under pressure and a fast paced delivery oriented environment; 6.具有良好的团队合作精神和积极的工作态度,工作认真负责。 Team player with good personality and working attitude.
