Job Responsibility: Attendance management P-file filing On boarding and off boarding supporting Commercial insurance/ Employer’s Liability Insurance Annual physical examination Reports of attendance, HC and KPI etc Ariba account owner Other tasks like 5S, safety officer etc.
Job Requirement: 1-2 year of HR working experience in MNC environment Open-minded, independent, careful, self-initiative and able to work under pressure. Passionate to work and dedicated to continuous improvement and growth. In-depth knowledge of Chinese regulations and labor law Hard working, teamwork, strong communication and interpersonal skills Efficient in MS-Office, especially Excel Good command of English – Speaking and writing
