1. Understand the real-time development of the hiring department, timely communication with the hiring department, HRBP, etc., focus on the organization, talent needs, clear candidate search direction, and output high-match candidates for the hiring department.

2. Conduct initial screening of candidates for required positions through talent database and recruitment website, and arrange the interview process of hiring departments;
2. 通过人才数据库、招聘网站对需求岗位的候选人进行初期筛选，并安排用人帮忙部门面试流程；
3. Develop, manage and maintain various recruitment channels, refresh and release positions in time;
3.开发、管理和维护各种招聘渠道，及时进行职位的刷新及发布；
4. Establish a talent pool and deeply develop online recruitment channels to meet the employment requirements of the departments in charge;
4.建立人才库，深度开发线上、线下招聘渠道以满足所负责部门的用人要求；
5. Develop, manage and maintain various employer branding channels and activities, and continuous improvement;
5.开发、管理和维护各种相关的增强员工雇主品牌的活动，并进行相应的持续改进；
6. Familiar with branding designing software and promotion advertisement process;
熟悉品牌设计的软件和宣传广告制造的流程；
7. Assist in completing other recruitment activities according to the company's recruitment needs, and other related HR jobs.

Education and/or Experience

- University education in a relevant discipline

- Above 5 years of experience in recruitment module and university partnership experience

- Above 3 years of experience in employer branding
- 3年以上员工雇主品牌经验
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

- 3 years of recruitment experience in the automotive industry or manufacturing industry

- Proficient oral English, good communication and interpersonal skills;
