As an HR and Admin Officer, you will coordinate logistics and administrative tasks, support the daily activities of the HR team, collaborate with other departments, and ensure employee support across all the major departments.
About the Role. Reporting to the HR Admin Manager of China, the HR and Admin Officer provides administrative support to the HR department, collaborates with different departments, and serves the organization’s employees.
Responsibilities. The key roles and responsibilities in this position are: 61 Implement organizational policies and procedures to ensure compliance and alignment with company standards. 61 Provide logistical and financial support to sales and events teams within specified budgets. 61 Maintain records of office procurements, including equipment, vehicles, and other assets. 61 Conduct monthly audits of office expenses and supplies, taking measures to minimize extra costs. 61 Assist the HR team in organizing employee engagement initiatives, such as team outings, office parties, and social gatherings. 61 Coordinate all travel-related activities for local and international official visits. 61 Monitor the condition of office infrastructure, including buildings, parking facilities, air conditioning, electricity, water, and other office utilities. 61 Support the recruitment team in ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for selected candidates. 61 Assist departmental heads in setting team goals and aligning them with the organizational objectives. 61 Assist the HR department in managing administrative tasks like compensation management, payroll processing, etc. 61 Collaborate in creating training plans, conducting workshops, and arranging logistical support for these activities. 61 Manage the exit process for departing employees, including full and final settlements, exit interviews, and documentation. Experience & Qualifications 61 Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business administration, or other related fields. 61 Prior experience in monitoring HR compliance and implementing organizational policies. 61 Knowledge of international and local labour laws to develop HR systems, policies, and procedures. 61 Strong proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word. 61 Familiarity with office systems and administrative processes such as visa processing and office licenses. 61 Excellent communication and negotiation skills. 61 Strong networking, teamwork, problem solving, analytical, and time management skills. 61 Excellent written and verbal English and local language skills. 61 Minimum of 3 years of experience in the field of human resources.
