2、 负责功率器件OI制订；
3、 负责功率器件数据分析及参数调节；
4、 设计实验来改善功率器件工艺窗口；
5、 辅助完成功率器件高可靠性目标；
6、 致力人员本职工作的训练计划与实施 ；

Job Description：
1.Coordinated the progress of new product pilot of power devices up to mass production as the Group leader;
2.Responsible for initiation of power device OI;
3.Responsible for data analysis and parameter optimization of power devices;
4.Design experiments to improve the process window of power devices;
5.High reliability target of power device; 6. Participate to the training plan and implementation of personnel's own work.


Office location: Qingdao

任职要求：
1、硕士及以上，微电子、物理、化学、材料、电子专业；
2、五年以上半导体制造工艺整合或相关工作经验；


Job Qualifications：
1.Master degree or above, major in Semiconductor relation;
2.Over 5 years working experience in related industries;
