Responsibilities:
1. Once the project set up, the project manager is responsible to look after every detail of the project. The planning process involves forming a team of experts required for effective completion of the project, stating the purpose of the whole project and assigning the team members specific roles; planning out the resources needed for the project and chart out a budget plan; coming up with a schedule of the project outlining the dates for each milestone.
2. Conduct regular meetings with team members on a daily / weekly basis to know the status of the project, and also to make certain changes and improvements, if necessary, to achieve the desired results;
3. Need to keep track of the order as quality, specs, schedule, etc;
4. Need to keep track of shipments and dates;
5. Developing and maintaining cordial relationships with clients and team members. Acting as a link between both the parties and interfacing with customer as single point of contact, starting with initial involvement at the sales development stage. Dealing with problems that may arise within the project team or issues with the clients;
6. The job of the project manager also involves supervision of whether the team members are working efficiently. Should have the capability to motivate and influence them to put in all their efforts to accomplish the given task successfully;
7. After the project is completed, the project manager should conduct a meeting with the team to evaluate the whole project and to discuss the results. The project manager should identify the key factors that led to the completion of the project and also those that were not beneficial for the project, so that they can be avoided in the future.
8. Perform additional assignments per supervisor's direction.

工作职责：

监督项目成员是否高效完成工作。激励影响他们出色地完成给予的工作任务。
项目完成后，组织团队进行项目评估工作，研讨项目成果。界定项目达成过程中的关键因素和不利因素，从而后期避免不利影响。
完成上级主管安排的其他任务。
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in interior design, environmental art design, engineering management, civil engineering and other related construction engineering. At least five years'experience in luxury store decoration engineering and high-quality props. Familiar with project management of high-quality shops, chain stores, etc.
2. Familiar with interior decoration construction process, project schedule, quality, cost, safety and other management
3. Excellent English communication (verbal and written) skills and interpersonal skill
4. Efficient team management skills
5. Computer or technical knowledge
6. Enthusiasm for challenge and new initiatives
1.室内设计、环境艺术设计、工程管理、土木工程等相关建筑工程专业本科学历，至少五年以上奢侈品店铺装饰工程和精品道具工作经验，熟悉精品商铺、连锁商铺等项目管理。
2.熟悉室内装饰施工流程、熟悉项目进度、质量、成本、安全等管理。
3.极好的英语沟通技巧说写流利，极强的人际技巧；
4.高效的团体管理能力；
5.电脑和技术知识；
6.对挑战和创新抱有热情；
