1、 负责公司重要客户来访接待,协助组织、安排公司会议,筹备有关重要活动;
Be responsible for the reception of important customers, assist in organizing and arranging company meetings and prepare for relevant important activities.
2、 协助人事部门内部相关流程的办理及申请;
Assist HR Department in handling and applying internal procedures.
3、 办公室日常行政工作,协助办公室管理及相关行政管理制度流程起草与制定;
Daily office Administration work and assist in drafting and formulation of office management and related administrative procedures.
4、 协助集团人事部门与员工进行沟通交流,建立公司内部有效沟通,做好员工关怀工作;
Assist Group HR Department to communicate with employees, establish effective internal communication and caring for all staff.
5、 管理外教工作许可和签证流程,包括申请,调职,续签,变更和注销;
Be responsible for the foreign teachers’ work permit and visa process including the initiation, transfer, renewal, change and cancellation, etc.;
6、 外教合同管理,资料存档,合同续签,员工入职,转正,异动,离职等相关政策及流程;
Foreign staff contract management, data arching, contract renewal, staff entry, employment, change, resignation and other related policies and processes.
岗位要求:
1、流利的英语口语及书面沟通能力。
Fluent in oral and written English.
2、本科及以上学历,人力资源管理等相关专业优先;
Bachelor degree or above, major in human resource management is preferred;
3、3年及以上人力资源专业经验,了解国家及地方劳动人事法规政策;
At least 3 years of professional experience in human resources and be expert in understanding national and local labor and personnel laws and policies;
4、具备良好的计划执行能力、人际交往能力、团队协作精神;
Have good plan execution ability, interpersonal skills, team spirit;
5、具有敏锐的洞察力、观察力以及解决突发时间的能力,能协调处理各部门人际关系 ; Have keen insight, observation and the ability to solve unexpected time, can coordinate and deal with the interpersonal relationship of various departments;
