1、管理外教工作许可证和签证流程,包括申请、调职、续签、变更和注销; Be responsible for the foreign teachers’ work permit and visa process including the initiation, transfer, renewal, change and cancellation, etc.; 2、负责掌握最新的签证和外事事务政府规定; Take in charge of Keeping up to date with current visa and government policies and regulations about foreign affairs; 3、外教合同管理,资料存档,合同续签,员工入职、转正、异动、离职等相关政策及流程; Foreign staff contract management, data archiving, contract renewal, staff entry, employment, change, resignation and other related policies and processes; 4、协助事业部外教事务处理、外籍员工关系维护、外籍员工申诉、活动组织及文化建设等,进行日常行政支持; Be responsible for foreign affairs handling, relationship maintenance, complaint, activity organization and cultural construction. Daily administrative support; 5、外方员工人事管理制度及流程建立及完善; Establish and improve the HR management system and process of foreign employees; 6、负责外籍员工的 HR对接工作,协调外籍员工与学校、园区领导、同事及各部门之间得良性沟通,协助事业部处理外教相关事务; Responsible for HRBP for foreign staff. Coordinate the communication between the foreign staff and the school, academic division leaders, colleagues and other departments, and assist the business unit in dealing with foreign teachers' affairs; 7、完成领导交办的其他事务。 Finish other affairs assigned by the leader.
岗位要求:
1、本科及以上学历,人力资源管理等相关专业优先; Bachelor degree or above, major in human resource management is preferred; 2、3年及以上人力资源专业经验, 1年以上外事管理工作经验,了解国家及地方劳动人事法规 政策; At least 3 years of professional experience in human resources, more than 1 year working experience in Foreign Affair module, and be expert in understanding national and local labor and personnel laws and policies; 3、具备良好的计划执行能力、人际交往能力、团队协作精神; Have good plan execution ability, interpersonal skills, team spirit; 4、具有敏锐的洞察力、观察力以及解决突发时间的能力,能协调处理各部门人际关系 ; Have keen insight, observation and the ability to solve unexpected time, can coordinate and deal with the interpersonal relationship of various departments; 5、流利的英语口语及书面沟通能力。 Fluent in oral and written English.
