职位描述: 1. Make quotation and order for upgrade products in SAP. SAP升级产品的报价及订单创建。 2. Be responsible for spare parts quotation and provide quotation in time. 处理客户备件询价及时提供准确报价。 3. Spare parts order creation and release。 备件订单的创建及释放。 4. Follow spare parts order internally, coordinate with related department, to ensure the delivery time fulfil customer needs. 负责备件订单的交期跟踪、协调公司相关部门以保证按客户需求及时发货。 5. Spare parts return and customer parts complaint handling, including ROD creation, warranty order creation and follow-up. 备件退换货及客户投诉的处理,包括系统ROD开立,保修订单的创建及跟踪处理。 6. Be responsible for spare parts order creation of lifecycle products including nice parts contract, warranty extension and M2P etc. 负责生命周期产品备件订单的创建,包括租赁合同、易损件合同、延保合同及M2P合同。 7. Be responsible for spare parts recommendation , order creation and follow-up for M060 spare parts package, good-will order creation. 负责制定推荐备件清单、随机备件订单的创建及跟踪、good-will备件订单的创建。 8. Take care of E-vending machine and consignment stock in customer site and promote iCorr? shop revenue growth. 处理智能零件柜业务及客户寄售业务,推动网上商城营收增长。 9. Invoicing in SAP and follow-up of overdue payments. Confirm the statement of account with customer per request. SAP中发票开立及过期账款的跟踪, 根据客户要求和客 户对账。 10. Documentation of upgrade and parts business. 升级及备件业务相关文档的归档管理。 11. Push internal bussiness process optimzation and improvement. 推动内部业务流程的优化和改善。 12. Other tasks and duties assigned by the manager. 经理分配的其他任务和工作。
任职资格: 1. Bachlor degree 本科学历 2. Good english skills in spoken and written 英语书面及口语水平良好 3. 3 years of working experience in a multi-national company 3年跨国公司工作经验 4. Familiar with microsoft office including (word, excel and powerpoint) 熟悉微软办公软件包括(Word,Excel和Powerpoint) 5. SAP experience SAP经验 6.
