Job Responsibility: 86 Review and respond to customer inquiries with support and direct involvement from purchasing, planning, operation, warehouse, QA, in & ex, accounting 86 Participate in price negotiations with customer; provide sales history and forecast to pricing manager and product line manager as reference. 86 Follow up on quotation; track sales record of each quote. 86 Coordinate with sales and distributors for proper orders taking 86 Provide timely sales order entry and update, based on documented customer requests. 86 Coordinate related work with purchasing, import & export, planning, warehouse for on-time delivery 86 Communicate to customers on delivery schedule; Improve OTR performance. 86 Acquire demand forecast from customers for ongoing orders; keep tracking and improve the forecast accuracy; work with planners for inventory planning 86 Respond to sample/catalog requests; follow up on sales leads Monitor the aging sales order and coordinate with customers & Sales team to reduce the aging inventory. 86 Respond to customer inquiries and complaints. 86 Monitor customer satisfaction survey and analyze feedback for continuous improvement. 86 Lead and manage the team to achieve business goals, ensuring efficient collaboration and communication within the team. 86 Oversee the team's performance, provide guidance and support, and foster a positive and productive team culture. 86 Other tasks assigned by superior.
Qualifications: 86 Bachelor’s degree, international trading is preferred 86 Oral and writing English is needed. 86 Possess customer service concept, interpersonal skill 86 Mature, Detail Oriented, Sense of responsibility, urgency and ownership 86 International company experiences preferred 86 Minimum 5 year working experience in the field of supply chain, customer service, sales, marketing, etc.
