- Discuss with hiring managers to understand detail requirement of each position
- Pre-screen resumes to identify strong candidates as requested for each position
- Conduct first interviews and provide assessment summary to hiring managers upon recommendation of potential candidates
- Arrange interviews with hiring managers by coordinating schedules; arranges travel, lodging if required
- Discuss with hiring managers about the interview feedback and adjust the searching strategy if necessary
- Release offer letters and coordinate for new candidate’s onboarding process
- Communicating to the recruiting manager for challenges or suggestions that will result in improvements to the sourcing and pipeline recruiting process
- Build a consistent pipeline network of candidates to support current and future hiring needs and potential growth opportunities.
- Must follow and maintain consistency and support overall recruiting methodologies, process and workflow.
Requirements:
- 3 years of sourcing/recruitment experience in automotive field or manufacturing industry
- Working experiences in headhunter company would be a plus
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Mandarin
- Ability to communicate effectively with hiring managers, third-party providers and candidates at all levels.
- A good team member, able to work under high pressure
