工作地点:奉贤 职责Main Responsibility: 1. Responsible for recruitment publish, resumes select and supplier development; 负责招聘信息发布,简历筛选,招聘渠道开发等; 2. Assistant to interview for office staff and warehouse workers; 协助开展面试,候选人筛选,包括办公室员工和仓库工人面试; 3. Assistant to organize the training for HR dept, and promote the organization of training in other dept; 协助开展人事培训工作,及推动其他部门培训工作组织; 4. Promote the performance appraisal working; 推动绩效考核工作; 5. Actively understand the business situation of the logistics department, actively participate in the work of the logistics department, and put forward improvement measures and suggestions; 积极了解物流部业务情况,主动参与到物流部各项工作中,提出改善措施和建议; 6. Be good at communication and handle the interpersonal relationship between all parties; 善于沟通,处理好各方人际关系; 7. Complete all related reports; 负责完成相关报表; 8. Assistant to support company ISO work; 协助支持公司ISO工作; 9. Other tasks assigned by leaders; 完成其他领导交代的事宜。
任职条件Requirements:
1. College graduation, prefer majored in admin, HR or English; 大专以上学历,行政、人事或英语专业优先; 2. 2+ years working experience for HR recruitment or training work; 具有2年以上人事工作,招聘或培训经验优先; 3. Familiar with office soft and equipment; 熟练使用各种办公软件及自动化设备; 4. Good command of communication skills; 具有良好的沟通技能; 5. Open personality, work carefully and willing to learn actively, 性格开朗,工作细致,愿意积极学习; 6. Team work spirit; 具有团队精神; 7. Good command of English will be a plus;
