Position Overview
This position is focus on leading to implement Magna corporate HR Programs in Asia region. Support and work with all Divisions to make sure new projects launched successfully. Also responsible to Employee Relationship and HR communication & information. Develop, maintain and continuously improve the effectiveness of Human Resources programs
Job Responsibility
l Employee Opinion Survey
- EOS/Focus Group/ HR Assessment
- Schedule, review and approve EOS statements, modified by divisions
- Conduct EOS at divisions
- Follow up with divisions for the EOS result
- Assist divisions to conduct Focus Group
- Audit divisions HR based on HR continuous improvement assessment
l Employee Relations, Communications and HR Legal
- Policies and procedures, including Employee Relations, Communications
- Responsible to HR Communication & Information, also to include Fairness Committee, Union
- Timely investigate Hotline and responsible to maintain hotline system
- Deal with HR legal matters
l Other HR Programs
- Support regional ISOS
- Responsible to Employee Charter implementation and training
- Employee & Family Assistant Program promotion in the region.
- Support to Employee Disaster Relief Funds
- Lead other regional new programs as required (such as:2016 Scholarship)
- Lead annual Asia HR forum
- Manage and maintain Asia regional service award program
l Others
- Edit quarterly Magna People newsletter, together with Marketing
- Timely update ActionLinx
- Support other HR Project Management if necessary (Performance Management project, Payroll system improvement, Global HRIS project)
- Ensure employee confidentiality and data integrity is strictly maintained
- Perform other duties as required
- This position requires you to reasonably judge, identify, and properly handle all the personal information involved in work, and to learn and master the relevant policies and procedures for Magna's data privacy and personal information management. In the future, if necessary, you need to sign a relevant "commitment letters" of personal information protection.
