Recruiting functions: - You will be in charge of recruiting projects (mostly engineers) who correspond to our clients’ requirements. - Conduct recruitment activities under assigned scope to meet the objectives - Good communication with client to understand recruitment needs - Seek and select suitable candidates in different effective recruiting channels - Responsible for the daily recruiting operation and whole recruiting process - Complete recruiting data timely in HR information system - Be able to conduct recruitment projects independently
HR functions: - Long term follow up of your consultants - Contract renewal negotiation - Communicate well internally with both sales department and general HR department
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above - Above 2 years solid recruitment experience in Automotive /IT / Internet/ Electronic/ Telecom/ Automation industry - Good oral and written English - Good interpersonal and communication skills - Passionate, reliable, result-oriented, self-motivated, willing to work under pressure
