POSITION: - Report directly to Division Manager and Account Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION : - Identify the needs of customer for sourcing. Lead client visit in Asia. - Source, compare and select competitive suppliers to provide cost efficient and good quality products as per inquiries provided by the Manager - Negotiate all the key conditions with the suppliers or manufacturers: prices, MOQ, payment terms, after sales service agreement - Guarantee the product conformity as per the Quality Engineer request and collect the related document - Coordinate the artwork development for the first order - Handle customer claim due to quality issue with the supplier or manufacturer with the support of the Quality Engineer - Insure daily coordination between Chinese manufacturers and our client (French DIY retailer). - Follow-up the order from PO to ETD - Invoicing
