Job Responsibilities: 1.Freight rate procurement and cost optimization: (1)Be responsible for the development, negotiation and procurement of freight rate resources for global sea freight (FCL/LCL/Break Bulk/ro-ro), air freight, railway and multimodal transport, and establish long-term and stable carrier and cooperative partnerships. (2)Regularly analyze the dynamics of market freight rates, formulate differentiated procurement strategies to ensure the competitiveness of project logistics costs: 1)Translate customer price requirements into clear universally understood language to ensure stakeholders fully understand client requirements and internal expectations. 2)Delegate rate-sourcing tasks to team members using clarity and transparency to team members. The price lists are broken into specific parts and assigned to appropriate team members to ensure the efficient and timely sourcing completion of activities, and facilitating internal reviews. (3)Review and analyze RFQs for large-scale multimodal projects, identifying key focus areas and communicating strategy to all stakeholders. 2.Project logistics solutions: (1)Lead the design of the entire logistics chain solution for overseas projects (including Transportation,Customs Affairs, Warehousing, Insurance, etc.), prepare technical and commercial bids, and support bidding and customer negotiations. (2)Develop commercial strategies for bids in collaboration with the local/regional pricing and technical teams, ensuring cost competitiveness and commercial alignment with proposed technical solutions. (3)For complex goods such as oversized goods and special equipment, customized loading, unloading and transportation plans are designed. Based on the specific circumstances of the project, in dependent project logistics standard operating procedure are compiled to guide the avoidance of risks in each transportation link and propose countermeasures. (4)Use industry expertise to identify trends and develop suggestions for enhancements that deliver solutions with lower cost and/or risk profile. (5)Coordinate domestic and overseas operation teams, ports, customs and other institutions to solve unexpected problems such as Customs Clearance, transshipment and licenses. 3.Team Management and Strategic Collaboration: (1)Manage the Pricing team, formulate departmental working processes and assessment standards, and enhance overall efficiency. (2)Collaborate with other departments such as Sales and Financial Department to promote the implementation of projects and the achievement of profit targets. (3)Complete all tasks assigned by the superior and assist in jointly discussing the development plans of the department, etc. Job Requirements: 1.Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in logistics, international trade, engineering management or related fields. 2.More than 6 years of experience in International Project Logistics, including: (1)More than 3 years of experience for complex global multimodal transport projects RFQs . (2)Experience in Break bulk, Heavy Lifting and OOG FCL cargo. (3)More than 2 years of experience in desired tender management. (4)More than 4 years of experience in desired FCL pricing. (5)More than 3 years of team management experience. 3.Proficient in international trade terms, customs policies, and international transportation regulations, familiar with technical standards for heavy cargo transportation, familiar with the international logistics market. Proficient in English (CET-6 or equivalent), and capable of independently writing tenders and conducting business negotiations in English. 4.Resource integration capability: Possessing global shipping capacity supplier resources (shipowners, shipping companies, overseas customs agents, etc.); Maintain good collaborative relationships with other collaborating departments and external institutions. Be capable of handling the high-intensity work of multiple projects simultaneously and make quick trade-offs and decisions between timeliness and cost. Have team management experience and be good at cross-cultural communication and conflict resolution. Job Purpose: As the Pricing Manager, you will spearhead the development of competitive, end-to-end logistics solutions for global Industrial Project bids, ensuring alignment with commercial targets and operational feasibility. Your role will be pivotal in: 1.Leading large-scale RFQ responses by designing cost-optimized, risk-mitigated logistics strategies for complex projects (e.g., heavy-lift, EPC, renewables). 2.Driving commercial consensus across cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Pricing), leveraging data-driven analysis to validate pricing competitiveness and margin integrity. 3.Overseeing strategic rate procurement, directing the pricing team to secure project-specific carrier/partner rates while enforcing compliance with company policies and market benchmarks. 4.Enhancing stakeholder agility to accelerate bid turnaround times and differentiate Conceptum’s value proposition, directly contributing to sustainable business growth.
