JOB MISSION
Oversee the office operation procedures and supervises the day-to-day office administration.
Perform a wide range of staffing administrative and general support duties in Shanghai Office.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Office Administrative assignments
- Responsible to handle external calls/visitors/couriers and security purpose (any emergency issue please report to HR ASAP)
- Implement and optimize office general administration and operation procedures;
- Oversee maintenance of physical facilities including office equipment and furnishings,
housekeeping and operational systems;
- Need to check the monthly consumption report before submitting to the Supervisor for payment
approval and well cost control;
- Travel plan, travel arrangement for Management Team members;
Maintain office environment
- Evaluate office vendor services, develops vendor relationships, negotiate local contracts, and keep good communication with office landlord;
- Implement the office Health & Safety procedures to assure compliance with safety and security
regulations, evacuation and disaster precautions.

Staffing Operations & Employee Engagement
- Support to organize in company events, including team building, family day, monthly gathering, etc.
- Job postings, interview scheduling & rescheduling on request and support on staffing projects such as campus recruitment, internal / external auditing, etc.
- Intern career lifecycle management from recruitment, interview, selection, orientation, internship
feedback and retain;
- Responsible to pre-onboarding & exit procedure and regular staffing-related reporting.
PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor Degree above, 1-3 years working experience in retail/commercial/services industry;
- Good computer skills (MS Office) required;
- Team work spirit and self-motivated;
- Good communication skill and presentation skill, communicate-able in English;
- Open minded, positive attitude with passionate personality, willing to learn;
