Job responsibilities 1. Gather break bulk and project logistics data, conduct market analysis, and present a range of optimization proposals to support the company's business growth. 2. Possess a comprehensive understanding of the entire operational process of project logistics, and demonstrate the capability to lead new business development and implementation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on customer RFQ, pricing, negotiation processes, and related tasks 3. Take charge of project leadership and facilitate seamless transition of completed projects to the operations team. 4. Coordinate and resolve operational issues on a daily basis, as well as regularly organize project reviews to obtain valuable feedback and facilitate continuous improvement. 5. Explore and sort out prospective demands from current clientele, provide new products or solutions, and achieve incremental growth. 6. Support all branches in accomplishing their sales targets. 7. Responsible for project logistics dept. P&L.
Job requirements 1. Bachelor degree in supply chain management, logistics or related majors 2. Project logistics industry exposure for 5 years or above. At least 2-3 years BD background 3. Be familiar with the operation of logistics industry in Southeast Asia and Africa is a definite advantage 4. Excellent solution capability for project logistics industry 5. Good organizational skill, including prioritizing, planning, assigning, and controlling objectives 6. Fluent in English (written and spoken) and Mandarin
