Job Description As the ( Senior) Business Development Manager, Retails, you will: - Drive new business in Retail sector, formulate new business develop plan based on target industry segment or targeted regions. - New business development with focus on Contract Logistics products and meet objectives and budget on new business gain. - Lead customer meetings and sales visits and able to provide and present tailored and innovative solutions to potential customers. - Lead in engagements and strategic customer interfaces with key account contacts to identify further business opportunities with existing and potential customers. - Collaborate with Asia regional BD team and handle sales lead properly. - Work on RFQ/RFP responses, manage the bid process and work closely with solution team. - Lucrative incentive plan provided. Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need: - 5-10 years business development working experience in 3PL/ CL industry. - Rich knowledge about Fashion/Cosmetics industries will be preferred. - Strong track record in winning new business. - Good spoken and written English.
