Key accountabilities and responsibilities
1. ask customers for import and export related materials;
2. contact with suppliers to arrange shipment of goods;
3. contact the customer to confirm the delivery time;
4. arrange trailer and customs declaration;
5. tracking goods information and feeding back to customers;
6. can communicate with foreign agents and customers by email and telephone in English;
7. make bills in time and follow up the collection;
8. solve the problem for client in time;
9. monitor and tracing equipment by EB&WB shipment.
岗位职责：
1. 向客户咨询进出口相关物资;
2. 联系供应商安排发货;
3. 联系客户确认交货期;
4. 安排拖车和报关;
5. 跟踪货物信息并反馈给客户;
6. 用英语与国外代理商和客户进行电子邮件和电话沟通;
7. 及时制作账单并跟踪收款情况；
8. 及时为客户解决问题；
9. 监控和跟踪设备的EB&WB运输



Required experience & skills
1. college degree or above (Full time education)
2. Preferred to be major in English, Russian or Logistics Management
3. 1 year above working experience in railway transportation operation position
4. English level: CET 4
5. Familiar with Office includes words, excel, PPT etc.
6. familiar with the waybill requirements of Chinese railway and Russian railway;
7. have experience in making documents, and understand the requirements of railway export declaration;
8. basic knowledge of railway international combined transport and One Belt And One Road transport;
9. experience of cooperating with port agent is preferred.
10. experience in handling Russian goods is preferred.
11. abilities of communication, organization, coordination and sense of service.
12. experience in project shipment like auto is preferred.

岗位要求：
1. 全日制专科及以上学历
2. 英语、俄语或物流管理专业优先
3. 1年以上铁路运输运营岗位工作经验
4. 英语水平: 英语四级
5. 熟悉word, excel, PPT等办公软件
6. 熟悉中国铁路和俄罗斯铁路运单要求;
7. 有单证制作经验，了解铁路出口报关要求;
8. 铁路国际联运、“一带一路”运输基础知识;
9. 有港口代理合作经验者优先
10. 有处理俄罗斯货物经验者优先
11. 良好的沟通、组织、协调能力和服务意识
12. 有汽车等项目运输经验者优先考虑
13. 团队合作精神
