Main Responsibilities: 1. Its jointly accountable for achieving the overall performance improvement objectives of all Service-related measures of the China Field programs. 2. Details, drives, and oversees all Service-related measures of the elevate China program. Defines milestones, resource requirements and work packages. Coordinates the sub-teams required to achieve the measure objectives. Manages and focuses work teams and drives working results. Closely aligns with the module owner of the Service module. 3. Prepares regular status updates and reports in recurring progress review meetings with the elevate program office. Prepares detailed updates for the overall elevate China Steering Committee and Sounding Boards when required. 4. Ensures the defined improvement measures are desi implemented efficiently and cost effectively. Continu reviews progress and monitors core KPIs to validate effectiveness of measures. Fosters relationships with key stakeholders on HO, region branch level and manages interfaces with other module. 6. Supports the program communication and cultural change strategy and its implementation. 7. Tries to further accelerate measures and improve quality by proactively bringing in new ideas and following them. 8. Drives the identification of additional growth and performance measures and practices as required. Maintains state-of-the-art knowledge of the elevator industry, the company products and processes. Includes maintaining a strong understanding of TKE and its mission and objectives, ethical standards and code of conduct. 9. Requirements: Education : Bachelor in Sales/ Marketing/Engineering or related Working Experience: At least 5 years related working experience in service department of elevator industry Management Experience: At least 3 years related management experience in service department of elevator industry Language: Good English communication Office skills: Good computer skill Other specific skills: Good communication skill and team work.
