工作职责: RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS (work content) 1.Team - Lead and develop the entire store team by being a role model and inspire them to reach and exceed goals. - Recruit, train and develop the entire store team and follow up with individual feedback/dialogue meetings. - Responsible for making sure all administrative procedures and routines are followed, i:e; staff planning, security and work environment. - Lead and motivate the store management team and plan for succession - Ensure quality and standard on merchandising, sales activities, store operations, campaigns, stock and follow-up according to brand direction. - Analysis of market specific trends to ensure right resource planning. 2.Customer service experience - Continuously evaluate and follow up on: customer service levels sales KPIs with your management team and initiate actions accordingly departments standard control stock levels operations policy - Keep updated on and create awareness on assortment, materials and products. 3.Profitability - Set budget and goals for the store together with Omni Sales Manager and Café Manager and push it through in daily sales. - Participate biweekly telephone meetings led by Omni Sales Manager, focusing on follow up, evaluation and feedback on KPI:s - implement agreed actions in the store. 任职资格: KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS (competence gained from education & experience) - Experience from customer service within retail - Leadership experience - Business administration skills ABILITIES (often connected to personality & attitude) - Communicative Can communicate knowledge, ideas/insights/conclusions directly and clearly in an informative way.
