As Finance Manager for PMC Greater China , you will report to Finance Director, PMC APAC, and would be an important member of PMC China leadership team. You will work closely with China commercial team , supporting financial functions, supply Chain team as well as plant team to jointly deliver annual financial target Key Responsibilities: Provide financial guidance and support in performance target setting and monthly performance tracking Provide effective financial planning & analysis including weekly/monthly estimate, annual financial budget , communicate financial result and PPG financial expectation to China commercia team and other supporting function team. Develop value added financial analysis from customer and product perspectives and provide monthly working capital report to aid better business decision. Closely monitor and track China manufacturing cost, overhead and productivity movement to ensure total China operation cost running on a sustainable rate. Closely partner with China commercial team on key growth pipelines tracking and margin improvement programs Continue to drive financial and operation process improvement and standardization programs , ensure China financial operation fully comply with PPG internal control and financial reporting requirement Proactively support SAP Hana immigration project and ensure SBU financial related process on seamless transition Requirements Bachelor's degree or above with major on business, finance, accounting related, with 8+ years of working experiences in accounting, FP&A or financial audit related work field. Solid communication and inter-personal skills Demonstrated high capability to collect, interpret data and develop analysis or forecasts. SAP or Oracle system experience, solid MS office tool skil, powerBI knowledge is a plus Good command of written and oral English and Chinese Work location in Shanghai ?
