Job Description: ?1. Understand business and its strategy, be an active part of the decision-making process across all facets of the division (sales, service, R&D and manufacturing). 2. Ensure implementation of HR center strategy in alignment with division needs. 3. Lead or contribute to the implementation of HR programs and initiatives in the division. 4. Partner with leadership team sat relevant levels to drive performance and build organizational capability. 5. Coach and enable executives be more effective leaders. 6. Identify needs for change management and champion related activities. 7. Drive discussions related to workforce and organization design changes and provide recommendations. 8. Guide the business on appropriate HR programs, process, and policies based on the business environment / strategy. 9. Partnering with business leaders to actively analyze and drive cultural change in line with business strategy.
Qualification: ?1. At least 5 years or above HRBP/HR manager experiences. 2. With adequate experience as main contributor for complicated HR projects. 3. Systematic HR knowledge in respect of T&A, L&D, C&B and etc. 4. Bachelor degree or above. 5. Good command of English and Mandarin Chinese. 6. Understanding of related products, market and technology knowledge. 7. Business result orientation.
