POSITION SUMMARY:
Support manager on all business analysis related matters such as business reporting, and etc.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES TO BE ACCOMPLISHED:
- 负责为中国区总经理准备各类分析报告、公司预算及预测；
- 迅速提供各类管理报告来帮助部门经理做决策和提议；
- 同销售部门经理以及客户经理合作，监测新业务跟进情况以及与现有业务的结合；
- 安排商务行政团队执行保单签署、录入和管理中后台任务；
- 定期与亚太区总部进行电话/视频会议，汇报中国区业务情况及业务预测；
- 作为科法斯全球业务（CGS）协调员，定期向集团或亚太总部汇报CGS保单签署及维护的进展；
- 同亚太区13个国家分公司协作，在中国分公司应用各类新系统工具并优化流程，提供公司运营效率。
EDUCATION, SKILLS, PERSONALITY:
- University degree in Finance/Marketing/Mathematics preferable
- 1- 2 years’ working experience in data analysis preferable
- Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PPT
- Good command of English and Chinese
- Strong in logic and attentive to details
- Autonomous, organized, self-motivated yet a team player.
