Job Responsibility: 1. Manage the payroll process for multiple entities within the organization. 2. Check and audit all payrolls to ensure legislative and awards compliance (tax compliance, superannuation etc.) is adhered. 3. Ensure that any company benefit programs such as medical care, pensions, bonuses etc. are managed efficiently and effectively. 4. Calculation, payment and reconciliation of group tax. 5. Maintenance of staff payroll and tax records. 6. Regular validation of salary and employee information relevant to payroll. 7. Submit management reports, liaise with HR staff regarding new appointments, terminations, and other relevant matters. 8. Timely submission of trackers and internal reports. 9. Banking Access and risk control guidelines are followed and reviewed regularly. 10. Judicious use of natural resources. 11. Shall adhere to the environment health and safety policy/objectives and guidelines of the organization.
