In this role, you will have the opportunity to: In charge of company compensation and benefit policy and guideline. Design program for talent attraction, recognition and retention. Address employee’s needs and employee experience by enhancing operation efficiency.
The purposes of this position are:
1. C&B CoE: define and finetune company C&B strategy to support organization and talent development needs - update C&B related policies, guideline and lead C&B program design & implementation - participate external and initiate internal surveys to maintain fully compliance, competitiveness as well as to enhance employee experience - act as a C&B expertise role to provide professional consultation and market insights to HR and business
2. C&B operation: conduct C&B processes, e.g., personnel cost planning, annual and monthly salary management, benefit management, grade evaluation etc. - lead the team to run monthly payroll for all employees under BDF China including expatriates - payroll related process, e.g., annual salary review, performance bonus cycle, annual tax filing, benefit operations etc. - personnel cost budget planning and running forecast based on organization/business needs - enhance the efficiency and effectiveness by continuous improvement of operation process and payroll system - support both internal and external auditing activities
3.Employee Relations: lead employee life-cycle management (on-board to off-board) - set proper processes and serve employee life-cycle management (system & paper work) - manage employment contract to ensure 100% compliant - manage social security according to government policy and instruct service vendor - partner with HRBP to manage ER cases under legal support
4. HR system and report: enhance HR system automation & analysis capability - follow global digitalization strategy and lead local HR system upgrade project - generate high quality HR reports, offer insights to HRBP and business
5. Team management: engagement & people development
Main KPI tracking: - Compensation & benefits management 100% compliant. - Personnel cost planning & forecast on time and accuracy. - Function team annual plan delivery.
Qualification: - Fluent English both in written and oral - Bachelor’s degree or above. - 8-10 years of working experience, minimum 5 years in HR C&B with solid knowledge - Payroll management experience is preferred. - Analytical thinking, excellent data management skills - Strong capability in stakeholder management & building trust and enable cross-team collaboration. - Passionate to develop others.
