1. Key duties and responsibilities: 主要工作职责: (1) Maintain and update employee files and related information to ensure data accuracy and timeliness. 维护和更新员工档案及相关信息,确保数据的准确性和时效性 (2) Under the guidance of the HR department head, help handle employee on-boarding, transfer, and separation procedures, including the preparation and printing of related materials. 在HR部门领导的指导下,协助处理员工的入职、转岗、离职及调动手续,包括相关材料的准备和打印。 (3) Support HR department in recruitment, assist in initial screening of resumes, interview scheduling and invitations, as well as follow-up communication on candidate onboarding process. 支持HR部门招聘工作,协助进行简历的初步筛选,面试安排与邀约,以及后续候选人的入职流程沟通。 (4) Support HR department to manage attendance of all departments, including collecting, organising and analysing attendance data to ensure the accuracy of attendance records. 支持HR部门进行公司各部门的考勤管理,包括考勤数据的收集、整理与分析,确保考勤记录的准确性。 (5) Other tasks assigned by the line manager. 上级交办的其他事项
2. Knowledge, skills and education required: 必备的知识、技能和教育背景: (1) undergraduate or graduate student in human resource management, psychology or other related majors. 人力资源管理、心理学或相关专业在读本科或研究生。 (2) Proficient in using office software (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 熟练使用办公软件(如Word、Excel、PowerPoint)。 (3) Good communication skills and teamwork spirit. 具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神。 (4) Meticulous and conscientious, with strong sense of responsibility and execution. 细致认真,具有较强的责任心和执行力。 (5) Good English reading and writing skills, CET- 4 or above. 具备良好的英语读写能力,英语四级以上。 (6) HR related internship experience is preferred. 有HR相关实习经验者优先考虑。 (7) At least 4 days a week 一周实习4天以上
