汇报线: 学术副校长
Reporting Line: Head of Secondary Academic
1. 校宝部分模块管理,包括但不局限于排课及课表录入、学生评语和成绩单的生成与发送、线上课程的直播间管理、公告通知、成绩报告的发布和学生考勤报告等；
To take on the administrator role for several SchoolPal modules, including but not limited to timetabling, online teaching room set-up and publishing of notices and school reports, and attendance records.
2. 为学部提供行政支持，翻译学部相关文件与文书；
To provide administrative support to the academic departments, translate documents including school policies, guidelines, letters to parents, etc.
3. 协助学部安排和准备各类学校内部会议；做好会前准备、会议记录和会后内容整理工作。起草、修改有关文件及会议资料，并在需要时提供会议口译；
To assist in the preparation of various internal school meetings, draft and revise relevant documents and meeting materials according to the requests of the executive principal. To provide interpretation in meetings and take meeting minutes.
4. 协助学部主管协调学部内各部门老师工作，保证学部的稳定运营；
To assist the Head of Secondary Academic in coordinating the work of teachers of various departments to ensure stable operation of the school.
5. 负责学部相关家校邮件的处理
To handle email correspondences from parents, redirecting as necessary to ensure parental concerns are addressed in a timely manner.
6. 协助完成外部考试相关工作
To support in the completion of external examinations related work
7. 参加指定的外部会议
To attend external meetings as assigned
8. 必要时为校内外各类活动提供支持（如家长会，开放日等）；
To execute and support internal and external event (parent evenings, open days, etc.,) when necessary.
9. 完成校办领导和学部主任交办的其他工作
Other assigned work as requested by the Principal’s Office and line manager.
10、协助学部领导完成必要的数据整合，包括但不限于学生成绩结果的统计和分析。
To assist in data management as required by the line manager.
职位要求
Requirements:
1.大学本科及以上学历，英语熟练；
Bachelor's degree or above, proficient in English.
2.有学校、教育机构类似或相关的工作经验者优先；
Candidates with similar or related work experience in schools or educational industry are preferred.
3.具有较强的语言沟通能力；
Strong language communication skills.
4.能适应国际化的工作氛围、有一定的团队合作精神；
Able to adapt to an international work atmosphere and have a certain level of teamwork spirit;
5.工作细致，有一定的抗压能力；
Detail-oriented, Work meticulously and have a certain level of pressure resistance.
6.如有国外留学经验为佳。
Ideally, but essentially with the degree for a foreign/English-speaking university.
