- Be responsible for recruitment include, but not limited to collect the hiring requisition from the dept., post the job ad., screen the CV, conduct interview, propose the candidate, arrange for the further interview, finalize the offer. - Further develop and maintain the recruitment channels to ensure efficiency. - Be responsible for the JD management. - Support BU on recruiting process in SF and maintain the related hiring system, Phenom, SF & Ajinga. - Prepare the HR report of BSC PPT, hiring report and etc. - Pre-check the documents with company chop and signature application and filling thses documents. - Any other tasks assigned by supervisor or manager.
